Land Bank Authority

The Ottawa County Land Bank Authority is responsible for oversight and administration of the County’s Land Bank, which was established in 2010 under an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Michigan Land Bank Fast Track Authority. The Ottawa County Land Bank Authority is composed of nine members who are appointed by the County Board of Commissioners. Members of the Land Bank Authority serve six-year terms and meet twice per year or as needed at the Ottawa County Administration Building.
